WHAT THE PRACTICE IS
The law practice of Attorney Schwartz has always emphasized clients' assets during turbulent times. Whether it's a broken marriage ending in divorce, or a loved one nearing the end of life with potential loss of assets, or creditors threatening to garnish one's wages, Attorney Schwartz makes it his job to protect your money. Of course, not waiting until the "worst" happens, makes it a lot easier to preserve your assets.
WHO IS ATTORNEY SCHWARTZ?
Carl J. Schwartz Jr., is from and raised in Yates County, attending schools in both Yates and Ontario Counties. Upon graduating from law school he returned home to start his law practice in 1993 in Penn Yan. As the practice grew it was incorporated as Finger Lakes Law Group and acquired law practices in both Canandaigua and Bath, New York. Mr. Schwartz married his wife, Kerri, in 1997, and are the parents of 4 school aged children.
DEENA SULLIVAN
Administrative Assistant
Deena is native of Yates County. She dances with a local dance studio and brings her youthful energy to the administration of the law office.
SPECIAL INTEREST
Mr. Schwartz has been an avid vocalist his entire adult life leading worship regularly at his church, Crosswinds, and performing in shows at Family Life Ministries. Separately, Mr. Schwartz has preserved several Victorian Era buildings in the area including the Lown's Building and his home, amongst others.

Attorney Schwartz believes that the sooner a client's problem can be solved and the matter put behind them the better. This saves the client attorney fees, court costs, and the emotional strain that is felt by litigants while their case is being handled.
